I founded Untangled because I saw a common problem; too many leaders are carrying the weight of their organizations alone. They're juggling competing priorities, putting out fires, managing growth, and trying to keep everything moving forward while losing sight of the work they're truly passionate about.

My passion is bringing clarity to complexity. I enjoy identifying challenges, organizing information, building structure, and helping people create practical solutions that work in the real world. Whether it's improving processes, developing documentation, supporting implementation, or helping leaders gain a clearer path forward, my goal is always the same: make things easier, more sustainable, and more effective.
